These are five-day immersive experiences, during which we meet in person at my house in Sweden to share, talk to other, find ourselves and relaunch.
Some are for women only, while others are open to both men and women…
The retreats are held by myself and immensely skilled professionals, for whom I have great respect…

Abbiamo smarrito il contatto con la Natura e di conseguenza con noi stessi…… viviamo sempre più isolati e sempre più individualisti in una società che ci spinge a competere gli uni con gli altri…..
per questo credo profondamente che ritrovarsi con altri esseri umani nel desiderio di potenziarsi a vicenda sia una bellissima occasione.

We have lost touch with Nature and consequently with ourselves. Our lives have become increasingly isolated and individualistic, in a society that pushes us to compete with each other.
That’s why I profoundly believe that meeting with other human beings in the desire to empower each other is a wonderful opportunity.
